Privacy Policy

LULULU LABEL (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates mobile applications (the “Apps”) available on the Apple App Store. We are committed to providing you with a “spoonful of margin” in your daily life while respecting your privacy.

1. Information Collection and Use

Our Apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or usage data. We do not use any analytics services, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

In-App Purchases: Apple StoreKit 2 (for Premium features)

Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple’s privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment information.

2. Data Storage

All data created within the Apps (such as settings and preferences) is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate any servers that receive or store user data.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not collect personal information, and therefore have nothing to disclose to third parties.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.

Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By using any application published by LULULU LABEL (the “Apps”), you agree to these Terms. Our mission is to provide “Be” — calmness, relief, and emotional depth — through a “spoonful of margin” in your daily life.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Apps, including but not limited to the LULULU LABEL logo, the Jade color (#4DCAB8) visual identity, visual effects, and algorithms, belong to LULULU LABEL.

3. Premium Content

Premium purchases provide permanent access to all features as specified in each App.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to the App Store’s terms and conditions.

4. Prohibitions

Users shall not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps.
Use the Apps for unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided “as is.” LULULU LABEL is not liable for any damages, losses, or troubles resulting from the use of the Apps.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

プライバシーポリシー

LULULU LABEL（以下「当方」）は、Apple App Storeにて配信するスマートフォン用アプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下の通り定めます。本アプリは、日常に「一匙の余白」をお届けすることを使命としています。

1. 収集する情報と利用手段

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報や利用データを一切収集・保存・送信しません。広告SDK、解析サービス、トラッキング技術は使用しておりません。

利用している外部サービスは以下のみです。

アプリ内課金: Apple StoreKit 2（プレミアム機能の提供のため）

課金処理はすべてAppleにより行われ、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに準拠します。当方がお支払い情報にアクセスすることはありません。

2. データの保存

本アプリ内で作成されたデータ（設定や環境設定など）は、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。ユーザーデータを受信・保存するサーバーは運用しておりません。

3. 第三者への提供

当方は個人情報を収集しないため、第三者に提供する情報はありません。

4. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を含め、いかなる方の個人情報も意図的に収集することはありません。

5. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更がある場合は、本ページに改定日とともに反映されます。

利用規約

1. 規約への同意

ユーザーは、LULULU LABELが配信するアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）を利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。当方は、本アプリを通じて、日常に「一匙の余白」と、心がほどける安らぎ（Be）を提供することを使命としています。

2. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する一切の権利（LULULU LABELのロゴ、翡翠色（#4DCAB8）を基調としたビジュアルアイデンティティ、視覚効果、アルゴリズム等を含みますが、これらに限定されません）は、すべてLULULU LABELに帰属します。

3. プレミアムコンテンツ

プレミアム購入により、対象となる全機能へ恒久的にアクセス可能となります。
返金に関する手続きは、すべてAppleが定めるApp Storeの規約に基づき、Appleによって行われます。

4. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

本アプリの解析（逆コンパイル、ソースコードの抽出試行等）。
本アプリの不正な商用利用。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。LULULU LABELは、本アプリの利用により生じたトラブル、損失、損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

6. 準拠法

本規約は、日本法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。
